Calling all bibliophiles! The first ever Cheshire Crime Writers Festival will take place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February 2026 at the Best Western Forest Hills Hotel in Frodsham.
The two-day festival covers all things crime, murder mystery, police procedure and cosy crime, and is filled with author talks, discussions, keynotes and book signings, with 38 well-known, award-winning crime writers and debut novelists on the event line-up.
Confirmed authors include the multi-award winning novelist Claire Mackintosh, the critically acclaimed Kelly Mullen, internationally bestselling author Louise Candlish and hugely successful novelist Tom Hindle, to name but a few.
